The high-quality cooking at the Hotel Schwarzwaldhof provides a variety of regional, seasonal and international specialities. All dishes are home made and freshly prepared for you. We use mostly natural products from the local area and obtain these from well-known farmers and suppliers from the Upper Black Forest, Kaiserstuhl and Markgräflerland regions, Alsace, and the Freiburg im Breisgau region. We stand by the quality of our ingredients!
Our menus also include low-fat dishes, special organic meals, vegetarian meals or meals for those that need to watch their cholesterol. We are more than happy to meet your special requirements and can discuss them with you at any time.
A comprehensive drinks menu includes numerous Baden wines as well as fresh beer from the tap, delightful spirits, aperitifs, digestifs and sparking drinks as well as alcohol-free drinks and juices.
